Microsoft launched its new revamped search engine called Bing ( http://www.bing.com).It’s a solid improvement over the previous search product – live search( code named KUMO ).From July 3rd onwards, Bing would be the official search engine for microsoft.

For the users,Bing is offering more features. Bing will display refined versions of your query down the left side of the page.Bing also pop ups an excerpt of the text on a search result if you hover over it. This saves a lot of time if you’re not quite sure if you want to follow a result. At this point, Bing is not consistently superior to Google and Google has got more relevent and useful links than the Bing results. but who knows what the future Bing brings to us.

Some useful features In Bing’s words…

I was very much surprised to see one link in one of my friends’ orkut profile - http://www.ma-new-pics.tk/. First i thought it is some kind of pictures, but i was quite doubted about the .tk extension domain name ( that’s infamous for doing illegal activities in internet! ). I was shocked to see that, the link is an orkut fraud, and it will show up the orkut login page. and if you login there, your account will be hacked.

This is yet another orkut fraud to steal the orkut accounts/profiles and passwords. so please don’t click in to that link.

See This is how it appears in orkut profiles. This is a screen shot of one of my friend’s profile, which is updated with this link in the status field.

orkut fraud link

And if you click that link, it will open up the page which LOOKS like Orkut login page. but look in to the address bar. THAT IS NOT ORKUT !!!!

orkut fraud

Please DON’T enter your user name and password to any of the sites which address is not orkut.Once you enter your orkut account by mistake, Your orkut account will get hacked. so please verify the URL in the address bar every time you login to orkut.

This site will take any user name and password . and it will open up another page like below, which will ask your google account details.

I think this is the latest orkut fraud to steal the username and password of orkut and gmail accounts. so please beware about this and forward this message to all of your friends and dearest ones.

Here is Opera Opera Face Gestures, a revolutionary technology designed to make interacting with your browser easier and simpler on computers with cameras. Face Gestures lets you perform frequent browsing operations with natural and easy to make face gestures. By using an internal technology dubbed Face Observation Opera Language, we are able to recognize pre-determined facial expressions and match them to commands on the Opera browser

Download Opera 10 Alpha with Face Gestures
How to setup

To enable Face Gestures press F8. You will hear a beeping sound as soon as Opera finishes calibrating your passive facial expression. Please don’t close your eyes, move your head or make any facial expressions while Face Gestures is calibrating.

YouTube tried different ways to filter the noise: adding an option to mark comments as spam, voting comments, previewing comments before posting them, but it may not work always.

So YouTube added something new to filter the comments. Now you can hide the comments that contains “coarse language and racial slurs” or the entire comments. for that click the ‘Options’ next to the ‘Text comments’ and filter the comments
